April 17, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 701743173 Filed opinion of the court by Judge Sykes. The district court's dismissal of George's legal malpractice claim as time-barred and also the dismissal of the fiduciary-duty claims as barred by res judicata are AFFIRMED. Finally, the dismissal of India's legal malpractice claim on other grounds is AFFIRMED and REMANDED with instructions to modify the judgment to reflect that the claim is dismissed with prejudice, consistent with the opinion.
