The district court s exclusion of Eric Sullivan as an expert is VACATED and its grant of summary judgment for ISOP on the business interruption loss claim is REVERSED. Because the district court did not evaluate the full scope of Sullivan s expert testimony after concluding that it was unreliable as to the projected growth rate, it may still consider the other arguments ISOP raised in its motion in limine when determining whether to allow the testimony. The district court s grant of summary judgment for ISOP on the property claim is AFFIRMED. The case is REMANDED to the district court for proceedings consistent with this opinion.Joel M.
