Filing 702935856 Filed opinion of the court by Judge Posner. We therefore decline to enforce Litos s appellate waiver as to restitution, but, because the exceptions to waiver are narrow, uphold it as to the rest of his sentence. So while we REVERSE the order of restitution against Litos as well, we REMAND only for limited resentencing on the issue of restitution (with direction to consider whether a fine is possible). In all other respects the judgment of the district court is AFFIRMED. Diane P. Wood, Chief Judge; Richard A. Posner, Circuit Judge and David F. Hamilton, Circuit Judge.
