ORDER re: Motion of clarification. In his motion for clarification appellant Tracy Hopkins asks this court to "void" his appeal because he did not intend to file a notice of appeal. Although the district court reasonably construed his filing in that court as a notice of appeal, Hopkins makes clear in further filings in the district court and this court that he did not intend to appeal until all proceedings are complete in the district court. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b). No filing fee shall be imposed for this appeal. [ # 4 ] This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED only to the extent that the appellant shall either pay the $505.00 filing fee or file a motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in the district court by March 29, 2019. If the appellant did not intend to file a notice of appeal, he should notify the court in a separate filing that clearly indicates what relief he seeks.
