ORDER: On consideration of the petitions for direct appeal filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 158(d) and the responses thereto, IT IS ORDERED that the petitions are GRANTED, and the two appeals are CONSOLIDATED for purposes of briefing and disposition. The petitioner shall pay the required filing fees to the clerk of the bankruptcy court within 14 days pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 5(d)(1).
