Filing 7 Filed district court order dated 05/31/2019: On April 23, 2019, the Court denied Plaintiff Cole's motion for leave to appeal in forma pauperis . On the same day, the Court of Appeals entered an order instructing Cole to either pay the required docketing fee or to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis with the Court of Appeals along with a "memorandum explaining why [Cole] contend[s] the district court's denial of leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is erroneous.". Cole then filed a new motion for leave to appeal in forma pauperis along with a supporting brief discussing why he believed this Court's decision was erroneous. Both briefings were mistakenly filed on the District Court's docket rather than the corresponding docket for the Court of Appeals (No. 19-1660). Accordingly, the Court renders no judgment on the merits of these motions (Dkts. 157 , 158 ) and dismisses them for want of jurisdiction due to being improperly filed before the District Court.
