Filing 2 ORDER: The court, on its own motion, orders these appeals CONSOLIDATED for purposes of briefing and disposition. A preliminary review of the short records in each of these eleven cases indicates that the order appealed from may not be a final appealable order. Each of appellants cases was pending in the district court at the time appellant filed her appeal on May 28, 2019. All the district court executive committee did up to that time was to assign each of these cases to the same judge. Such a case management order was not immediately appealable because no final judgment had been entered in any of the cases. Accordingly, appellant Jan Kowalski shall file, on or before June 14, 2019, a brief memorandum stating why these appeals should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. A motion for voluntary dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b) will satisfy this requirement. Briefing shall be suspended pending further court order.
