ORDER: On consideration of the Motion to Dismiss Defendant Galicias Attorney filed pro se by defendant Daniel Galicia on July 11, 2019 in Appeal No. 19-2203, in which defendant Galicia requests the court to dismiss the notice filed by Attorney Brindley and allow Defendant to continue with his appeal numbered 19-2203", and the Attorneys Response to Rule to Show Cause filed by attorney Beau B. Brindley on August 2, 2019 in which attorney suggests that the motion filed by Mr. Galicia at Dkt. 3 in this case can be construed as a voluntary dismissal of appeal in 19-2172. This appeal is DISMISSED voluntarily pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b). Defendant Galicias appeal from his conviction and sentence will proceed as Appeal No. 19-2203.
