Filing 3
ORDER: On January 7, 2019, the appellant filed a notice of intent to appeal the district courts judgment entered on December 14, 2019, and appeal no. 19-1113 was opened. On July 8, 2019, the appellant filed a notice of appeal, which was treated as an appeal from the same judgment and a second appeal, no. 19-2283, was opened. It appears that both appeals sought to challenge the same district court judgment, and two separate appeals were not necessary. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the final order in appeal 19-2283 is amended to reflect that no appellate filing fee shall be imposed for that appeal.
