ORDER re: Plaintiff's motion to show cause in regard to non-payment of initial filing fee. The appellant shall pay the $31.76 initial partial filing fee by December 6, 2019. Even though the district courts order dated September 19, 2019, directed the clerk to mail a copy of the order to the Trust Fund Officer at Pontiac Correctional Center, it is the appellants responsibility to have the funds available in his account and to take the necessary steps to make sure that this money is paid.
