ORDER: Accordingly, to the extent that White seeks authorization to file a successive 2255 motion, we DENY authorization and DISMISS the case. Meanwhile, if White means to appeal, then he needs a certificate of appealability under West and Carraway. Thus, we have reviewed the final order of the district court and the record on appeal, but we find no substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right. See 28 U.S.C. 2253(c)(2). Accordingly, to the extent that White wishes to proceed in this court, the request for a certificate of appealability is DENIED.
