An individual is permitted to proceed personally in all federal courts without counsel. But corporations are legally incapable of appearing in federal court unless represented by counsel. United States v. Hagerman, 545 F.3d 579, 581-82 (7th Cir. 2008); Scandia Down Corp. v. Euroquilt, Inc. 772 F.2d 1423, 1427 (7th Cir. 1985). Accordingly, counsel shall file an appearance and disclosure statement on behalf of defendant Moor Money Accounting, Inc., by December 16, 2019, or defendant Moor Money Accounting, Inc. will be dismissed from this appeal as an appellant.
