ORDER: On consideration of the request to withdraw as counsel for defendant-appellant Edward M. Brucenot separately filed but embedded in the notice of appeal filed on 12/20/2019, the motion will be ruled on at a later date. Attorney Glenn J. Jazwiec is directed to assist defendant with filing in the district court (and, if denied, in this court) a motion to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a). Counsel shall file, on or before 01/08/2020, a Status Report regarding his compliance with this order, attaching a copy of the district courts decision on defendants motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal if available. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that attorney Jazwiec comply with the provisions of Fed. R. App. P. 10(b) regarding the preparation of the transcripts. Counsel shall also file a statement regarding the preparation of the transcripts by 01/08/2020. Briefing is SUSPENDED pending further court order.
