Accordingly, the deadline for new counsel to file an appearance and a disclosure statement on behalf of the appellant is EXTENDED to April 13, 2020. Failure to meet this deadline shall result in the dismissal of this appeal. Briefing in appeals 19-3223 and 20-1171 shall remain SUSPENDED pending further court order.
