ORDER re: 1. Motion to produce new evidence. 2. Motion of extension of time. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket indicates that the appellant's fee status has not yet been determined. Specifically, on April 15, 2020, the district court denied the appellant's motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. The appellant is reminded that he must file a PLRA memorandum in support of his motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis by May 15, 2020. (See this courts PLRA fee notice and order dated April 15, 2020.) Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the motions are DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notice and order dated March 31, 2020.
