The court docketed the as appeal No. 20-2144. A second appeal was docketed on June 27, 2020, appealing the same order. This court docketed the second appeal as Appeal No. 2395. But is it an appeal? It looks like it may be appellant Scott Bodelys opening brief for the first appeal. Accordingly, appellant shall file a statement with the court explaining whether the 43-page document treated as a second appeal is actually appellants opening brief in 20-2144. If it is a brief, appellant should also request the second appeal (20-2395) be dismissed as unnecessary. Appellants statement must be filed on or before August 12, 2020.
