ORDER: The following is before the court: MOTION FOR CONSOLIDATION OF APPEALS, APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL AND SCHEDULE APPEAL CONFERENCE, filed on August 20, 2020, by the pro se appellant. Appeal 20-2481 is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been resolved. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997).
