ORDER re: Motion for appointment of counsel. Appellant seeks assistance recruiting counsel under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(1). But this court may recruit counsel under that provision only if appellant is unable to afford counsel himself. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the clerk of this court shall send the appellant an asset affidavit form together with this order. Although the appellant has already paid the full filing fee and thus is not requesting pauper status for the purpose of that fee, this court will use the affidavit to consider whether to recruit counsel under 1915(e)(1). The appellant shall file the completed asset affidavit form, along with any additional information relevant to his ability to retain counsel, by December 7, 2020.
