ORDER: In the present case, plaintiff relies on diversity of citizenship for federal jurisdiction. However, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to identify the state(s) of citizenship of defendants Cook Medical LLC and William Cook Europe APS. Appellant must provide this information. It is insufficient to provide only the citizenship of Cook Incorporated. Appellant shall file a complete statement of jurisdiction that includes the omitted information. The statement is due on or before January 12, 2021. Also, appellant is advised that appellant must separately provide the state of incorporation and state of the principal place of business of any corporation. It is insufficient to state that defendant Cook Incorporateds state of citizenship is Monroe County, Indiana. Further, appellant is advised that the citizenship of an LLC is that of its members, which appellant must separately identify. Last, appellant must provide more detail of the business structure of any foreign corporation under the laws of the country of its creation. See White Pearl Inversiones S.A. (Uruguay) v.
