ORDER: Circuit Rule 3(c)(1) requires an appellee to provide a complete docketing statement if appellee claims that appellants is not complete and correct. The appellee in the present case claims that appellants docketing statement is not complete and correct. But appellee has not provided the court with a complete jurisdictional summary. Heres why. In the present case, appellee claims that the district court had jurisdiction based on the Class Action Fairness Act. See 28 U.S.C. 1332(d). Appellees Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement, however, fails to identify the state of citizenship of at least one plaintiff and at least one defendant; it is insufficient to state that the district court possessed jurisdiction over this matter under the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA). Accordingly, appellee shall provide a complete docketing statement no later than March 10, 2021. DW [9] [7145125] [21-1272] (AD) [Entered: 03/03/2021 02:34 PM]
