Filing 9 ORDER re: Motion for Change of Address. [ # 8 ] The clerk has updated the courts docket to reflect the appellants current address. A review of the docket indicates that appeal 21-1313 is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). On March 12, 2021, this court denied the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and ordered him to pay the $505.00 filing fee by March 26, 2021. Because the appellant has yet to pay the appellate fees, any other relief requested in the motion is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notice and order dated February 19, 2021. The clerk shall send the appellant a copy of the courts public docket for appeal 21-1313. With respect to appeal 21-1335, a review of the courts docket indicates that the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is currently pending before this court and nothing else is due at this time. The clerk shall send the appellant copies of the courts public docket for appeal 21-1335. The appellant is reminded that if he would like to obtain copies of items from the district courts docket, he should make that request with the district court. Filing 7 ORDER: re: 1. Memorandum in support of PLRA motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. 2. Motion for permission to appeal in forma pauperis. [ # 6 ] Kevin Martin is not permitted to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) because, on three or more prior occasions, he brought an action that was dismissed on the grounds that it was frivolous or failed to state a claim on which relief may be granted. See Martin v. Ledford, No. 20-2022 (Aug. 25, 2020). In this case, Martin has not demonstrated imminent danger of a serious physical injury pursuant to 1915(g). See Taylor v. Watkins, 623 F.3d 483 (7th Cir. 2010); Lewis v. Sullivan, 279 F.3d 526 (7th Cir. 2002). Accordingly, the motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is DENIED. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Martin shall pay the required docketing fee within 14 days, or this appeal will be dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Circuit Rule 3(b). Sent Certified Mail.
