June 14, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER re: 1) Appellant's notice under Circuit Rule 10 regarding the transcripts and records. 2) Motion for appointment of pro bono counsel. IT IS ORDERED that the motion for recruitment of counsel is DENIED. See Pruitt v. Mote, 503 F.3d 647 (7th Cir. 2007) (en banc); Farmer v. Haas, 990 F.2d 319, 321 (7th Cir. 1993). The panel assigned to decide this case may recruit counsel if it finds that step appropriate after reviewing the briefs. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the request to extend the deadline to file a transcript information sheet is GRANTED. Appellant shall file a transcript information sheet by June 29, 2021. Appellant does not need to order any transcripts or other documents that are already part of the record, as this court has access to the district court docket. To the extent that appellant plans to submit transcripts or other documents not considered by the district court, he must first file a motion to supplement the record in the district court. Fed. R.
