ORDER re: Affidavit, filed on June 25, 2021, by the pro se appellant in appeal no. 21-1736. On April 26, 2021, appellant Michael McIntosh filed a notice of appeal from the district court's judgment, and appeal no. 21-1736 was opened. On June 25, 2021, McIntosh filed a second notice of appeal that appears to challenge the same judgment, and a second appeal, no. 21-2189, was opened. Two separate appeals challenging the same district court judgment are not necessary. Accordingly, appeal no. 21-2189 is administratively CLOSED. No appellate filing fees for appeal no. 21-2189 shall be imposed. Further, McIntosh shall file his overdue docketing statement in appeal no. 21-1736 by July 29, 2021.
