ORDER: A preliminary review of the short record indicates that this appeal duplicates two earlier appeals filed on October 7, 2021, and docketed in this court as appeal Nos. 21-2833 and 21-2834. Only one appeal is necessary (or in this case two appeals), the later should be dismissed. Harris v. Bellin Memorial Hospital, 13 F.3d 1082, 1083 (7th Cir. 1994). Additionally, this appeal appears premature for the reason set out in the courts order of October 12, 2021, which issued in Appeal Nos. 21-2833 and 21-2834. Accordingly,IT IS ORDERED that appellant file, on or before October 26, 2021, a brief memorandum stating why this appeal should not be dismissed as unnecessary and for lack of jurisdiction. A motion for voluntary dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b) will satisfy this requirement. Briefing shall remain suspended pending further court order.
