Filing 5 Filed district court order dated 11/29/2021, Plaintiff's second motion for leave to appeal in forma pauperis is denied for the reasons stated in the November 17, 2021 order denying his first IFP application, namely, Plaintiff still has not provided his trust fund account statement. He states he has attempted to obtain the statement but that jail officials refuse to give him one.The Court, however, has previously received certified trust fund account statements from detainees at DeKalb County Jail, including one from Plaintiff himself. Plaintiff, therefore, must ensure that he is properly submitting his request for the account statements and try again. The Court requests that DeKalb's Chief of Corrections ensure that the jail's trust account office expeditiously processes Plaintiff's ledger request and IFP application certification. Plaintiff must still comply with the direction in the November 17, 2021 order to submit a complete IFP application or pay the $505 appellate filing fee by December 17, 2021.
