ORDER: The clerk of the district court, on behalf of the defendant, filed a notice of appeal in this criminal action although the defendant was represented in the district court by attorney Blaire C. Dalton. Counsel is reminded of her obligation to represent defendant on appeal unless specifically relieved by this court upon a motion to withdraw. See Circuit Rule 51(a), (c). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel comply with the provisions of Fed. R. App. P. 10(b) regarding the preparation of the transcripts. Counsel must file, no later than 11/19/2021, a Status Report regarding her compliance with this order.
