ORDER: The court, on its own motion, SUSPENDS briefing in this appeal pending a ruling on counsel's motion to withdraw. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that attorney Dorothy Ann Maryan comply with the provisions of Fed. R. App. P. 10(b) regarding preparation of transcripts, including the transcripts of both defendants plea and sentencing hearings. Attorney Dorothy Ann Maryan must file a Status Report regarding her compliance with this order no later than December 21, 2021.
