This remand is limited solely to the question of subject-matter jurisdiction and does not independently obligate the district court to consider or reconsider any non-jurisdictional issues, including the home-state or local-controversy exceptions to the Class Action Fairness Act. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff-appellant David Buschauer file, on or before June 13, 2022, a Status Report regarding what proceedings have taken place in the district court pursuant to this limited remand order.
