The motion for exemption from PACER fees is GRANTED to the extent that the district courts exemption, Doc. 309, is deemed to extend to this appeal. The clerk of this court shall provide the PACER Service Center with a copy of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for recruitment of counsel and appointment of a translator is DENIED. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that all other requested relief is DENIED. These arguments belong in appellants brief, which is the only things that appellant must submit to the court other than her docketing statement.
