ORDER: This matter comes before the court on review of the Amended Docketing Statement filed by plaintiff-appellant on June 6, 2022. That review discloses that the statement remains inadequate. Accordingly, attorney K. Scott Wagner shall show cause for his failure to fully respond to the courts order of June 2, 2022, because he fails to provide the date that the judgment was entered. ORDER: In the present case, plaintiff relies on diversity of citizenship for federal jurisdiction. However, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to identify the amount in controversy and the state of citizenship of all the parties. Appellant must provide this information. It is insufficient to cite to 28 U.S.C. Section 1332(a)(2). Circuit Rule 3(c)(1), referencing Circuit Rule 28(a), further requires an appellant to file a docketing statement which provides information concerning appellate jurisdiction. In the present case, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to set forth the date on which the Rule 58 judgment was entered and the date(s) that the various post-judgment motions were filed and whether any of these motions tolled the time to appeal. Appellant must provide this information too. Accordingly, plaintiff-appellant shall file a complete statement of jurisdiction that includes the omitted information.
