ORDER re: Affidavit Accompanying Motion for Permission to Appeal in Forma Pauperis. [ # 3 ] Appellant Kyleen Wright seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this appeal. Wright, however, was not a party in the district court and would not be entitled to any relief in the present case. See In re TransUnion Corp. Priv. Litig., 664 F.3d 1081, 1084 (7th Cir. 2011) (noting that a nonparty in the district court may appeal if the outcome on appeal is likely to determine the nonpartys rights). Moreover, Wright does not appear to be an attorney and so cannot represent Otis on appeal. See Elustra v. Mineo, 595 F.3d 699, 705 (7th Cir. 2010).
