September 20, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: In the present case, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to set forth the federal statute or constitutional provision involved in this case, or provide the required information if jurisdiction is based on diversity. Appellant must provide this information. In the present case, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement also fails to set forth the detailed information and dates establishing appellate jurisdiction. First of all, appellant Brittany Waldron cites 28 U.S.C. 1295 as the basis for this courts jurisdiction. That is incorrect. That statute refers to the jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Adding to this mistake, appellant also incorrectly captions its Docketing Statement as if it were an appeal to the Federal Circuit. All these mistakes and omissions must be corrected. Accordingly, appellant shall file a complete statement of jurisdiction that includes the omitted information. The statement is due on or before September 26, 2022. (See order for further details) DW [2] [7261708] [22-2647] (AD) [Entered: 09/20/2022 12:43 PM]
