Filing 6 ORDER re: District Court Request for Limited Remand. The district courts request for a limited remand is GRANTED and this appeal is REMANDED to the district court pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 12.1(b) and Circuit Rule 50 so the district court can provide a statement of reasons addressing the appellants claim under Rehaif v. United States, 139 S. Ct. 2191 (2019). This court will retain jurisdiction over this appeal, and respectfully requests that the district court forward to this court a copy of its order once it is released. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that proceedings in this appeal are SUSPENDED pending further court order. The appellant does not need to take any action in this appeal while the case is remanded. Because the district court indicates that it will not enter a new judgment, the appellant should not need to file another notice of appeal. Once the district court issues its statement of reasons, this court will issue an order setting any necessary deadlines or otherwise instructing the parties how the appeal will proceed.
