ORDER re: Letter of February 7, 2023 by pro se appellant. [ # 5 ] A review of the courts docket in appeal no. 22-2918 shows that on December 20, 2022, the district court received the initial partial filing fee for that appeal. A review of the courts docket in appeal no. 23-1011 shows that the appellate filing fees are due. The appellant is reminded that the filing of a notice of appeal triggers the obligation to pay the appropriate filing fees, and that the district court will continue to collect money from the prisoner's trust fund account until the entire $505.00 appellate filing fee has been paid. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). Accordingly, any relief requested is DENIED. Further, any request for a total of payment amounts to date should be made in the district court.
