ORDER: Attorney Glenn J. Jazwiec, on behalf of the defendant, filed a notice of appeal in this criminal action. Attorney Jazwiec represented defendant Charles Brown in the district court and is reminded of his obligation to represent defendant on appeal unless specifically relieved by this court upon a motion to withdraw filed in this court. See Circuit Rule 51(a), (c). Further, counsel shall comply with the provisions of Fed. R. App. P. 10(b) regarding the preparation of the transcripts.
