ORDER re: Letter. [ # 7 ] This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket shows that on March 13, 2023, the appellant filed an affidavit accompanying motion for permission to appeal in forma pauperis. The paperwork is incomplete because it does not include the required PLRA Memorandum, asset affidavit, and trust fund account statement. Accordingly, the appellant shall file the required PLRA Memorandum, asset affidavit and trust fund account statement by April 13, 2023. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To the extent the appellant would like this filing to serve as his opening brief, the request is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notice and order dated February 15, 2023. Should this appeal proceed to briefing, the appellant may make any arguments he believes have merit in his opening brief. The clerk shall send the appellant a copy of this courts brief information sheet for pro se litigants so that the appellant may familiarize himself with the courts expectations for briefs, should this appeal proceed to briefing.
