March 22, 2023 Filing 3 Filed district court order dated 03/22/2023:, Plaintiff has submitted a motion to reconsider the Court's order denying in forma pauperis on appeal. The motion is denied for the reasons contained in this order. Plaintiff has also submitted a document entitled "Amended Notice of Appeal" which the Clerk has construed as a new appeal. It appears that it was not Plaintiff's intention to initiate a second appeal with his filing. However, it remains unclear. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to confirm with the Court as to whether his document was intended to initiate a new appeal or was intended as an attempt to modify the prior notice of appeal file with the Court on January 26, 2023. Plaintiff shall comply with this order by April 17, 2023. If he fails to comply, the Court will treat the amended notice of appeal as a second appeal, requiring Plaintiff to pay an additional $505.00 filing fee.[3] [7299149] [23-1366] (CAG) [Entered: 03/22/2023 02:15 PM]
