The motion is denied for the reasons contained in this order. Plaintiff has also submitted a document entitled "Amended Notice of Appeal" which the Clerk has construed as a new appeal. It appears that it was not Plaintiff's intention to initiate a second appeal with his filing. However, it remains unclear.
