ORDER: 1. Motion filed by Appellant Marcus T. Bartole for this to be reviewed in combination with memorandum in support of motion for IFP and for appointment of counsel, filed on 5/22/2023. 2. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket shows that the appellant's fee status has not yet been determined. Specifically, the appellant's motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is currently pending before this court. Accordingly, to the extent that the appellant seeks recruitment of counsel, the motion is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notice and order dated April 7, 2023. The appellant may renew his motion once his fee status has been determined. Further, the appellant shall file his PLRA memorandum in support of his motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and his overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by June 23, 2023.
