ORDER re: Petition for status on appeal. [ # 3 ] This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket indicates that the appellants fee status has not yet been determined. Specifically, the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis is currently pending before the district court. The motion is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notice and order dated May 23, 2023. Any inquiry concerning the status of pending motions before the district court should be made in the district court. Further, the appellant shall file his overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by June 23, 2023. The clerk shall send the appellant a copy of the courts public docket and this courts instructions for preparing a docketing statement so the appellant may familiarize himself with the information that must be included in a Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement.
