Becky Kramer, enter this order on that docket concurrently, and waive any filing fee associated with the separate appeal. Counsel for Wand and Kramer are instructed to enter new filings in appeal 23-2204. Upon the opening of the new appeal, we instruct the clerk to enter judgment in this appeal 22-1989 with respect to all defendants other than Kramer and to administratively close the case.
