ORDER re: Motion for Enlargement of Time. [ # 6 ] This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellants fee status has been resolved. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket shows that on August 8, 2023, the district court granted the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and assessed a $6.60 initial partial filing fee which has yet to be paid. Further, a briefing schedule has not been set. Accordingly, the motion for extension of time is DENIED as unnecessary at this time. Once the appellant has paid the initial partial filing fee, this appeal will proceed to a ruling on appellants motion for appointment of counsel.
