ORDER re: Motion for Status [ # 10 ]. A review of the courts docket shows that on 08/30/2023, the district court granted the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and assessed an initial partial filing fee of $.90. Neither this courts nor the district courts docket reflects that the appellant has paid this initial partial filing fee. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the appellant pay the $.90 initial partial filing fee in the district court by 10/20/2023. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. The appellant is reminded that this appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended pending payment of the initial partial filing fee. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). To the extent that the appellant seeks an extension of time, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appellant shall file his overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by 10/20/2023. The clerk will send the appellant a copy of the courts public docket and this courts instructions for preparing a docketing statement so the appellant may familiarize himself with the information that must be included in a Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement. In his docketing statement, the appellant should attempt to provide the information listed in the Pro Se Instructions, particularly the date of the judgment or order being challenged in this appeal. IT IS ALSO FURTHER ORDERED that the appellant shall file the transcript information sheet, if one is necessary, by 10/20/2023. The clerk shall send the appellant a transcript information sheet form. Based on a review of the district courts docket, however, it appears no hearings were held. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that any other relief requested is DENIED without court action, pursuant to this courts fee notice and order dated 07/31/2023.
