ORDER: On December 20, 2023, this court received the electronic transmission of the appellants notice of appeal and documents. A review of the district courts docket reveals that the notice of appeal was filed on December 19, 2023. On December 1, 2023, the Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1913) was updated to now reflect a $600.00 docketing fee along with the $5.00 filing fee for a notice of appeal. Accordingly, the appellants shall pay the district court within the next 14 days an additional $100.00 needed for the appellate docketing fee. Further, this appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act. Accordingly, all other proceedings in this appeal are SUSPENDED pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees.
