Accordingly, the appellant and appellee each shall file, on or before March 27, 2024, a brief memorandum addressing whether this court should direct the clerk of the district court to docket the notice of appeal also in appellants criminal case No. 3:21-cr-00018, resulting in two separate appeals in this court.
