ORDER: 1. Letter, filed on 4/16/2024. 2. Notice of appeal, filed on 4/19/2024. 3. Motion for contempt of court, filed on 4/16/2024. 4. Motion for disciplinary proceedings, filed on 4/16/2024. These appeals are subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). On April 16, 2024, the appellant filed his motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis in this court. The paperwork is incomplete because it does not include a PLRA memorandum in support and trust fund account statement. Accordingly, the appellant shall either pay the $605.00 appellate filing fees in the district court for each appeal or file a PLRA memorandum in this court by May 20, 2024. In his memorandum, the appellant should explain why he believes the district courts denial of leave to appeal in forma pauperis was erroneous. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of these appeals. Further, any relief requested in the appellants motions is DENIED without court action, pursuant to the courts fee notices and orders dated February 8, 2024, and March 20, 2024. A review of the district courts docket shows that no appellees nor attorney for the appellees filed an appearance in the district court before the district court entered its final order and judgment. Because no appellees or counsel for the appellees were served by the district court or made an appearance in that court, there are no appellees involved in these appeals. Sent Certified Mail.
