ORDER re: Motion to extend time. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket indicates that the appellants fee status has not yet been determined. Specifically, on May 6, 2024, the district court denied the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and the deadline for the appellant to file his motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and PLRA memorandum in support with the clerk of this court is June 5, 2024. Accordingly, to the extent that the appellant seeks an extension of time, IT IS ORDERED that the appellant shall file any transcript information sheet by May 29, 2024. Further, the appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement is also due by May 29, 2024. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any other relief requested in the appellants motion is DENIED without court action, pursuant to this courts fee notice and order dated April 15, 2024. The district court no longer transmits the record on appeal. Because the record is electronic, it is available for this court's use without the need for transmission of a physical record. The appellant is reminded that should this appeal proceed to briefing, the appellant may make any arguments he believes have merit in his opening brief and he need only attach the judgment or order under review to his opening brief.
