April 22, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: In the present case, appellant American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Companys Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to set forth the date on which the parties filed the motions that are claimed to toll the time within which to appeal the June 20, 2023, judgment. Appellant must provide this information. Cir. R. 28(a)(2)(ii). Accordingly, American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company shall file an amended docketing statement that includes the date that the motions were filed. The statement is due on or before April 29, 2024. Further, these appeals are CONSOLIDATED, on the courts own motion, for purposes of briefing and disposition. Briefing will proceed as follows: Appellants' briefs due on or before 05/29/2024 for American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company, Axis Surplus Insurance Company, Interstate Fire & Casualty Company, Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company, Chubb Custom Insurance Company, General Security Indemnity Company of Arizona and Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Company. Appellee's consolidated brief due on or before 06/28/2024 for Indiana GRQ, LLC. Appellants' reply briefs, if any, are due on or before 07/19/2024 for Appellants American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company, Axis Surplus Insurance Company, Interstate Fire & Casualty Company, Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company, Chubb Custom Insurance Company, General Security Indemnity Company of Arizona and Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Company. A review of the short records reveals that these appeals involve more than one appellant represented by different counsel. Counsel for appellants are encouraged to file a joint brief and appendix or adopt parts of a co-appellants brief. The parties are reminded that redundant and uncoordinated briefing will be stricken.
