ORDER re: Motion for Appointment of Counsel. This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings are suspended pending the assessment and payment of any necessary fees. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the docket indicates that the appellant's fee status has not yet been determined. Specifically, on May 16, 2024, the district court denied the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. The deadline for appellant to either pay the $605.00 appellate filing fees in the district court or file a motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and PLRA memorandum in support with the clerk of this court is June 17, 2024. Accordingly, the appellant shall either pay the $605.00 appellate filing fees in the district court or file a motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis and PLRA memorandum in support with the clerk of this court by July 15, 2024. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this appeal. The clerk shall send the appellant an asset affidavit form.
