ORDER: This appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been determined. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). A review of the courts docket shows that on July 15, 2024, the appellant filed a motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis with this court. The paperwork is incomplete, however, because it does not include a PLRA memorandum in support. Accordingly, the appellant shall file the required PLRA memorandum by August 19, 2024. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal. Further, the appellant shall also file his overdue Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement by August 2, 2024. Sent Certified Mail. Receipt Number: 7020 3160 0001 5911 2963. [5] [7394514] CDH [24-1985] (AD) [Entered: 07/19/2024 10:43 AM]
