ORDER: In the present case, appellant relies on diversity of citizenship for federal jurisdiction. But appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to identify, specifically, both the state of incorporation and the principal place of business for Butler University. It is insufficient to address only one of these sources of a corporations citizenship. See Smoot v. Mazda Motors of Am., Inc., 469 F.3d 675, 676 (7th Cir. 2006). Accordingly, appellant shall file an amended docketing statement that provides a complete statement of jurisdiction that includes the omitted information.
